Capturing life.....informally

I love scrapbooking. I do. But sometimes it seems impossible to find the time and space to sit down and create a layout from start to finish. I also love the idea of capturing little bits and pieces of our life. Saw this fantastic video on Sharon's blog this morning and thought it was brilliant so I've posted it here for you to enjoy. What a great way to keep note of the happenings and thoughts of every day life. It's informal, messy, quick and fun. Thanks for sharing this Sharon. Love it!

  2. hey anita, I originally saw it on Angie Lucas's blog, straight from CHA, so not sure where it could be available - but no reason why you can't make up your own version!

  3. So true Sharon. I just love journals and....well any kind of stationery really! lol! It was the idea of not getting so hung up on perfection like regular scrapbooking that I liked most. Just finding stuff, sticking it down and scribbling around it when you feel like it. Not sure I'd be adding too many family pics in - might save these for my "proper" scrapbooks. This looks easy and fun to do.....do you think that happy music soundtrack will be playing every time I add to my scrap/journal? ;)

  4. Oh Anita that's so fab! I think that's the best idea yet. Love the pen with the sticky end. Think I'll have to get me a nice book to start me off. Thanks so much for sharing.
